Technical Customer Lead
As Technical Customer Lead, you sit at the intersection of engineering and customer success. Your mission is to ensure that every customer can leverage Embedl’s SDK and research breakthroughs with confidence and speed. You will guide onboarding sessions, run deep-dive workshops, translate customer needs into engineering tasks, and create crisp technical collateral that elevates both our users and our internal teams.

As Embedded AI Specialist, you own the last mile between state-of-the-art models and the silicon that runs them. Your mission is to integrate, optimize, and profile the capabilities of Embedl’s SDK on a widening spectrum of edge accelerators.
